I'm Here to Listen...

I’m Adam, a Professional Life Coach with a good sense of humour and a brain that refuses to follow the “normal” playbook. Diagnosed with ADHD and epilepsy later in life, I’ve learned that seeing the world differently isn’t a flaw—it’s a superpower.

For years, I tried to fit into a mold that felt like a bad Halloween costume—itchy, awkward, and totally wrong. When I finally stopped chasing “normal” and embraced the chaos, life got a lot more fun (and real). Now, I help others ditch the pretense, own their quirks, and live authentically. Whether you’re unraveling emotional spaghetti or just trying to get your life together, I’ll guide you with solid coaching, curiosity, and patience. Let’s turn the mess into something meaningful—because no one really has it all together (and that’s the fun part).

Ready to dive in? Book your FREE session now—let’s make this chaos work for you.

I'm New to Virtual Coaching, How Does it Work and am I Safe Online?

Virtual coaching is simple, flexible, and just as effective as in-person sessions—often even more convenient.

Here’s how it works: We meet through video calls – Zoom is the service we currently use.  It’s free for you to use and I will provide the necessary links and information to you before your appointment.

Sessions are tailored to your needs, and we work together to set goals, tackle challenges, and create action plans that move you forward.

As for safety, I take your privacy seriously. Sessions are conducted over secure platforms to protect your personal information, and everything we discuss is confidential. Your comfort and trust are top priorities, so if you ever have questions or concerns, I’m here to address them.
