About Me...

I’m Adam—a Professional Life Coach based in Vancouver, BC with a good sense of humour and a brain that refuses to follow the “normal” playbook. Diagnosed with ADHD and epilepsy later in life, I learned that seeing the world differently isn’t a flaw—it’s a superpower.

For years, I tried to fit into a mold that felt like a bad Halloween costume: itchy, awkward, and totally wrong. But when I stopped chasing “normal” and embraced the chaos, things started to shift. Life got a lot more real—and a hell of a lot more fun.

Now, I help other late-diagnosed adults drop the pressure to “measure up,” untangle emotional spaghetti, and build lives that actually fit.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just tired of pretending everything’s fine—you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

With curiosity, compassion, and a coaching style that’s anything but rigid, I’ll help you reconnect with who you actually are under the noise.

If you’ve ever struggled to tell the difference between your symptoms and your true self after a late diagnosis, I explore that more here.

Not quite sure if coaching is worth the cost—especially when money feels tight? You’re not alone. I wrote about that exact feeling here.
